I'm free again and thinking how best to use all this new energy/freedom from my distant & recent past. Funny thing, I fell asleep during the seminar and missed an entire segment. I asked one of the coordinators why they didn't wake me up. She said she tried, but I didn't hear anything. I also had the ringer off on my phone, cuz she called me, too. So, she turned off my camera and when I woke up, I wondered how it got turned off. 😆 Last night she accused me of doing my old man act again. I said, "Shiiiiiiiiiiiit, it's not an act ... I AM old, woman." I've developed an odd sleep condition over the years.
Anyway, I'm having fun. Oh, another thing. A bunch of people showed up in an app that many of us are in. All we saw was a slew of phone numbers come in. So, I said, "Okay, speak up in here so we can see a partial name for you and welcome you. If you're going to be a wallflower, I'm plucking out all your petals and you'll be sitting over there naked. LMFAO 🤣." One by one, they all sounded off announcing their names. I then came back later and said, "Oh dang. I don't get to see nobody naked?" A buddy of mine in there laughed at the remark. He's a dirty old man too. 😁
I'm not an admin; I'm just a leader who says bizarre things sometimes. When that part of me turns on, I do not limit him. 3 people who went from the class into that app looked me up and said awesome things to me about being moved enough during class to track me down privately. I'm honored.
Despite what it looks like around here, this IS my natural state, hun. I don't talk about "positive thinking" because I don't believe in putting on airs when I'm being/feeling anything BUT positive. I happen to think that phrase is disingenuous. I've been bogged down by all the bad news since the elections and didn't know how to get all that off me. Then again, I did, because I took that time-out and said FUCK IT, do that one more time. It's been 7 years since I last did so. It was time.
It'll last about 8 weeks if I do nothing but bask, but I'm doing the follow-up class on Monday evenings to keep myself centered in this space. 😉 Damn, I should've put all this in the dang post. Who's coming down here to read our comments? lol

Hahahahaha. I'm just a silly fucker most of the time. Even when I'm grumpy, I'll pull out shit that only my closest friends get to see. 😁😁 Sometimes it comes out in a group setting. 😉
